  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including any tags, labels, and protective packaging.
  • If the item is returned with signs of use, damage, or alterations, we may not accept the return or may issue a partial refund.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • If your return is approved, the full amount will be refunded minus the return shipping fee, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you can initiate a return and place a new order. Please contact us for assistance in facilitating an exchange.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Once authorized, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the return address provided.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as personalized or customized watches, may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged. Please verify product details before purchase.
